What's On
Leatherhead offers a mix of events from the regular cinema
showings in The Theatre to the on-off annual events such
as Arts Alive and Heritage Open Days weekend. Within the
town centre there are venues for lectures and talks, cinema,
theatre, galleries and exhibitions. On the outskirts of
the town, other events are offered, such as open-air concerts
and theatre at Polesden Lacey and orchestral and chamber
concerts at the Dorking Halls. This year we also have the Leatherhead
Drama Festival
The area has a long tradition for music and the arts and
this is reflected in the range of events on offer during
the year. This page provides some details of current events.
There is also a facility for submitting details of events
that members of the pubic may wish to promote. These will
be considered by managers of the Visit Leatherhead web
site and can be posted on this page if they are genuinely
public events open to all.
Events Diary
The Leatherhead Theatre : 15 October 2008 7:30pm ZU2
This is no typical Tribute show I can tell you! With worldwide recognition as one of the leading, if not the leading, U2 tribute shows, and exact replica of lighting which has been choreographed from original U2 footage, we are set to bring you the most amazing U2 show. U2 classics will be perfromed that you may have even forgotten about. We would list the full 2 hour 15 minute set but we want you to have some surprises on the night. So, if you want value for money and to see and hear U2 songs from when U2 started right up to present day, and we do mean present day, then come along and hear us play.
